What I built
A searchable floorplan experience that keeps pricing current and makes buyer interest easier to capture.
Problem
- More than 100 separate floorplan pages created stale pricing risk and manual website work.
- Sales needed to update floorplans and pricing from the system they already used.
- The lead flow depended on Jotform instead of a CRM-connected buyer experience.
What I Built
- Searchable floorplan embed
- Dynamic floorplan detail pages
- Salesforce-managed pricing workflow
- Custom floorplan-specific lead form
- Saved favorites buyer flow
Solution
- Built a searchable website embed backed by Salesforce floorplan data.
- Connected detail pages and custom lead forms to the selected floorplan and campaign context.
- Added a saved favorites workflow so shoppers can return to plans they care about.
Business Impact
- Replaced more than 100 static pages with a single searchable dynamic experience.
- Lets sales update floorplans, pricing, and availability in Salesforce without touching the website.
- Reduces pricing mistakes because Salesforce becomes the source of truth.
- Captures floorplan intent and ad campaign data in the CRM for better follow-up.
Lessons
- The best website automation is often a data-model change: one trusted source removes dozens of fragile content updates.
- Buyer UX and sales operations improved together because search, saved favorites, and CRM context all use the same intent data.
