Company System / BlueBox + BoiseBox

Two storage brands connected from demand to completed work.

I connected two websites, lead generation, quoting, checkout, Salesforce, customer follow-up, analytics, and dispatch into one broader business system.

Problem

  • Two brands needed distinct websites, offers, phone paths, attribution, and CRM values without creating two disconnected systems.
  • A quote or payment still needed durable follow-up when outside services were slow or temporarily unavailable.
  • Leadership needed a way to connect traffic, leads, opportunities, collected revenue, and completed delivery work.

What I Built

  • Two mobile-first brand websites and local landing pages
  • Quote capture and five-step self-checkout
  • Salesforce Lead and Opportunity workflows
  • Phone, text, email, and manager follow-up tools
  • Traffic-to-revenue analytics and Ask AI evaluation
  • Dispatch planning, audit history, and safe publishing controls

Solution

  • Built two brand-aware websites with campaign pages, location content, quote paths, and first-party attribution.
  • Connected quote and checkout data to durable storage, Salesforce work, staff alerts, and customer communication workflows.
  • Created source-backed analytics and operating tools for sales coaching, lifecycle follow-up, dispatch, and leadership review.

Business Impact

  • Supports more than 1,800 rentals with a clearer customer path and fewer disconnected handoffs.
  • Keeps each brand's source and customer context attached as work moves into Salesforce and operations.
  • Creates a closed loop from marketing demand to collected revenue, delivery, follow-up, and future lifecycle marketing.

Lessons

  • Shared infrastructure works best when brand attribution remains explicit at every handoff.
  • The real conversion is not the form submit; it is the completed business outcome after the form.
